Due to family health issues, we will not be scheduling the French Country Flea Market or any other events, until further notice.

You must fill out the application on a desktop or a laptop. Bookmark the application page so you can return to the application, if necessary. If your pictures fail to upload, they are too large and must be re-sized. Payment must be made at the time of application.

Terms of Participation
- The French Country Flea Market will be held .
- Location: Sweet South Cottage – 6007 Veterans Memorial Drive, Tallahassee, FL 32309.
- Each middle vendor booth space is 15’x15’ and the cost for each space is $150.
- Each end-cap booth space is 15’x15′and the cost for each end-cap space is $175.
- The French Country Flea Market (FCFM) is open to vendors on a space available, first-come, first-serve basis.
- We are a juried show. Booth spaces must be prepaid at time of application.
- Approvals/denials will be conducted by the jury within thirty (30) days.
- In the event that a vendor is declined, their vendor fee will be returned in the manner in which the vendor paid.
- Vendor fee refunds for withdrawn vendors will be given if the withdrawal occurs at least Sixty (60) days prior to set-up day on . No requests for refunds will be granted after this date.
NOTES ON CHOOSING BOOTH SPACES:
- Booth spaces are chosen by the vendor at time of application. However, Sweet South Cottage has the discretion to re-assign booth spaces, so that similar booths are not too close in proximity. If you want a space near another vendor, you must apply at the same time to ensure that you are located next to one another.
- Be sure of the number of spaces that you want to choose, because you will be unable choose additional booth spaces next to the space that you choose at a later date.
- Traditional vendors will be choosing spaces in Fields A and B.
- On-site Food Vendors will be choosing spaces in Field C. Dessert Vendors will choose a space near Sweet South Cottage. Food Vendors who serve entrée meals will choose a space located in between the studio and the barn. (Off-site consumption food vendors like jam, honey, dips, or canned goods are considered a traditional vendor and should choose a space in Field A or B)
By filling out and submitting this application the vendor agrees to:
- Booth setup at an assigned time on
- Vendors must have a tent.
- Vendor booth and ALL goods, tents and staging items must stay in place until the end of the Market at (Violation of this rule will result in a vendor not being re-admitted to future events).
- Vendors will pack up their tent and booth items before bringing their vehicle into the venue area.
- Vendors will comply with all instructions by law enforcement in charge and employees of Sweet South Cottage.
- Items for sale must be contained within the assigned booth space or in such a manner as to not cause a hazard or nuisance to other vendors or the public.
- Pets are not permitted in vendor booths.
- There is no smoking on the premises where the FCFM is held
