The property where Sweet South Cottage and Farm is located and the French Country Flea Market takes place is agriculturally classified exempt land per Section 193.461; F.S. Sweet South Cottage is an “Agritourism Operator” as defined by Section 570.961(2): F.S. Therefore, we are required to post the following notice:
